We instituted the legal proceedings necessary for the acquisition of two real estate-secured promissory notes from a bank. Once we acquired title to the assets, we implemented a value-adding strategy. Cocot Holding was used for the sale of individual units, and Bislot Holding for a land banking strategy with a two-acre lot in the vicinity of Biscayne Bay.
